I am writing to express my concern regarding the extremely long waiting time at your clinic. Patients are currently waiting close to an hour to see the doctor, which is far too long — especially for those who are unwell and require immediate attention and rest. I believe your clinic has been operating for more than 10 years, and I believe you have the experience and data to see how many walk-in patients you receive daily. It is clear that the demand is high, and some action should be taken to address this issue — whether by adding another doctor or improving the process to shorten the waiting time. I am a regular patient, but on several occasions, I have had to choose another clinic due to the long waiting line. This situation affects patient satisfaction and could result in patients seeking care elsewhere. I strongly urge the clinic to treat this as a priority and implement measures to improve waiting times. Patients’ health and comfort should always come first.

A very bad experience I had today from a doctor on night duty (Indian man), I thought he was a replacement doctor. I came because I was sick & needed treatment, he was very rude when he asked me a lot of questions why? He also asked why I didn't come early in the morning? If I knew when I was sick I could come, I wouldn't have to go to the clinic. I gave him the answer and finally he said I gave too many excuses? Honestly not helpful!
