Very disappointing experience. The consultation was extremely short and rushed, to the point that it left me wondering what the doctor had actually checked. There was no proper medical history taken, including no questions about possible sick contacts. My niece came yesterday due to a high fever, but the examination was very brief and lacked thorough assessment. This morning, we went to another clinic where the doctor immediately performed a swab test, and the result was positive for COVID-19. I was also questioned about why I came in the middle of the night, which was inappropriate considering the clinic operates 24 hours. If patients are not expected to seek treatment at that time, the clinic should not advertise itself as a 24-hour clinic. Overall, the consultation fee was not justified given the poor quality of service provided.
