Cheap and affodable price. Rooms are neat and clean. Friendly receptionist Pika, assisted me throughout my check out and check in to another room. I had to wait but waiting area was provided for light refreshment with assorted drinks and biscuits. Cozy and relaxed. Easy access to the town, walking distance to nearby malls and temples. Budget friendly, i guess its a easy way for someone to travel around this area especially. Thanks Kingston..

I honestly believe this is a great hotel for back packer but we've love here! Per night won't break your bank even if you're extending your stay. A pretty laid back interior, front desk are always pleasant. Smart tv comes with netflix etc so even if you're planless for the day staying in room won't be boring. Given there's a construction nearby it's not exactly luggage accessible. Carpark is just beside the hotel, taking a smoke break doesn't require a long walk. Located in the heart of jb & night time bazaar karat is just around the corner. Definitely will be our go to hotel as we enjoy the hospitality here.

Looking for a short stay in JB and found out about this hotel in T-tok. Our overall stay here was good. Eventhough the lift was a bit cramp to fit my family with lugagge and hallway a bit narrow but the room was quite spacious! We booked the Deluxe Triple Room. The room was clean, especially the toilet, it was clean and there was a bidet too. The view from our room was not bad. We were able to see the Menara J-Land, Masjid Al-Attas and Shell station. The basic kits like tootbrush, shower cap, shampoo, body soap (liquid and solid) were provided. Aircon was working well too. Its just that we didn't get the room that has the painted wall design as per other reviewers shared. Hoping to get that room maybe next time. As the hotel is near to the mosque, we will be able to hear the azan 5 times daily. Also note, the room doesn't come with breakfast. Of course, we didn't know that the road was affected by the RTS Project, closing the front road of the hotel. We faced a problem on where should the cab driver alight us. Seems like the google map is not updated about the closure. For a more convenience option, we alighted in front of Amma Restoran. Jug, coffee sachet which comes with sugar and creamer, cups with stirrer and kettle were provided in the room. As for fridge and microwave will be a shared one at the G-floor. Adding to that, there is a water dispenser near the lift lobby. I assume it should be available at each floor near lift lobby. Power bank rental also available near the fridge area at G-Floor. We like the design concept at the lobby waiting area which it was kind of cool. Also, I agree with one of the reviewer saying that there is a kind of smell at the waiting area, I would describe it as unpleasant smell. So far the review by one of the reviewer on this has yet to be acknowledged by the hotel management. Hope they can look into this. If its okay for me to suggest, my recommendation is to install either the Auto Fragrance spray or humidifier perhaps or maybe candle warmer which could help to bring a nicer smell and add to the good atmosphere or vibe. We really appreciate there are welcoming drinks and old time biscuits! Also, we are so glad the 2 staff (day shift) were friendly. Greeted us with a smile and answered to our queries graciously. The location is near to Double Tree by Hilton hotel and its quite near to JBCC Komtar and City Square mall. Its about 5 to 10mins walk. From the hotel, turn right and there is like a hallway but I wont recommend to use that way if its after 7.30pm as it will be quite dark there especially if you are with travelling with children. This path will lead us to Masjid Al-Attas and Shell then JBCC Komtar is visible just in front. Alternatively, you can turn left and walk left to Amma Restoran, follow the road heading Suasana/Amari Hotel. Enter the mini plaza in between the Suasana/Amari Hotel and take escalator or lift down. Then you are able tp sse JBCC Komtar when you exit the mini plaza. Hope this helps!

Stayed for a night at room 402 . As for the Indian lady front desk staff, I think her name is aqilah, she is very friendly and provided customer satisfaction! Liz and the rest are also friendly! Room size is not too big and not too small . Just nice for the price . Toilet is beautiful as it has a modern design and it is spacious enough . I've stayed at other same tier hotel in JB that has a SMALLER narrow toilet . Most importantly it has a bidet for Muslim guest who are particular about hygiene ! Downside is that the toilet does not seem to have a ventilator to make the toilet dry . But not a big deal for a 1-2 night stay . The bed is also quite comfy and comes with 4 pillows ! Some other same tier hotels would only give 2 pillows ! It would be great if they add a deodorizer or air purifier in the room . Also to add the "kiblat/qibla" sticker on the ceiling for Muslim guest would be great . But not a big issue as Masjid Al-Attas is right behind the hotel ! You can literally hear the call to prayer from your room ! Water dispenser with hot/cold options are also available outside the lift lobby . So far from our room we do not experience any noise pollution from neighbours or traffic is which is another plus point . Room also has a rack that you can put your luggage and hang clothes. It is also conveniently located 5mins from Komtar mall and there is a nasi padang food stall 2mins away (restoran putri dagadang) . Overall I am satisfied with the hotel price and stay. Would definitely come here again !

Not very strategic location. Got construction in front of hotel, cannot park your car in front of hotel building anymore. The morning before our arrival, we called the hotel to confirm the room but no one from hotel tells us about the parking issue or construction in front of the hotel. When we arrived at almost midnight, we have to find other parking nearby hotel. Luckily there's guarded parking (outdoor/not covered) next to the hotel, but need to pay RM18 per night. As for the room, i love their lobby as they got cozy sitting area and refreshment provided. The room is basic but comfortable. Worthy with the price, but you will hear construction noises during day. We only paid for one night before going to Singapore, but I'm not sure about the dining places nearby as we only ordered foods from grab and had breakfast at the lobby at the dining table provided. However, there is an Indian restaurant next to the hotel and it only open during day. If you are planning to go to Singapore, you may leave your car at the parking space next to hotel. Safe parking area, but a bit pricey for parking space. But this place is quite near to woodlands and easy for tour guide to pick you up.
