I recommend if u want your kids enjoying playing around without crowd, better come on weekday. I went here on weekday and my kids enjoyed exploring the playground ✨ Free entrance for below 1 years old with paying sibs and rm 30 for below 2yo. And now they are providing nanny service but for 5-12y old only. Easy for parents who wants to shop with no worries ! Hopes this helps ✨

Hello, I would like to raise a complaint regarding my visit to your playground at Mid Valley. On my son’s birthday, I paid RM48 for entry. And they return by cash ,After more than 2 hour inside, staff informed me that birthday free entry is not applicable unless siblings are present.what a logics we are coming here more than 3 days before they check and applied and lastly ask to paid This condition was not explained before payment. If this rule exists, it should be clearly stated upfront. Informing customers after payment is misleading and unfair. Thank you.

The play area is medium to large in size but also very well planned for kids to play and run about. The ball pit and sand pit (not actual sand) are quite the hit with the kids. Several slides that they enjoy as well. There a little space for toddlers too! There are seats within the play area for parents and platforms where parents can sit too. The pass we got was for a full day access even if you were to leave for lunch or dinner. So definitely worth it if your kids are full of energy that needs to be spent. A negative callout would be that there are power sockets on one of the pillars in the ball pit, which does have protective covers. But if you know how kids can be, it could go either way.

Got here on a Sunday afternoon and it was very crowded. Most parents would leave their kids unattended and as for the staff, they rather gather round the door area to chat happily than to clear the hazards around the playground. While some may disagree with me and say that playgrounds are meant to be messy, but safety and hazards are basics that needs to be tended too. I have been to another playground at Sutera mall and I'm not naming it here but they have way more attentive staff.

I visited with my 8-year-old daughter on a weekday morning, and there were more kids than I expected, so she had friends to play with and I could relax. The place was neither too big nor too small — just the right size — and the staff were attentive, always keeping an eye on the children, which made me feel reassured. It’s located on the top floor of the mall, with massage shops and restaurants on the same level.
