  • We visited this hospital in May 2025 with hope that we would receive the clinical advice we needed. We are deeply grateful to Dr Shams for providing an excellent patient experience. It is commonly understood that patients are usually responsible for asking questions during consultations. However, Dr Nur Shams was different. He proactively provided complete information, clear explanations, thoughtful suggestions, and professional opinions. All our doubts were addressed without hesitation. He was calm, professional, kind, and understanding, and he helped my mother receive timely and effective treatment. Truly the best doctor. We remain very grateful. Special thanks also to the Daycare staff (Hamiza, Syikin, Madu and Wani) for the wonderful care given to my mother. They were friendly, attentive, and always welcoming with their smiles, while maintaining professionalism and proper boundaries. We felt reassured knowing my mother was under the care of such trustworthy staff. Everyone may have different experiences, but ours was truly positive throughout my mother’s treatment. I would confidently recommend this hospital to my relatives and friends. Thank you for the excellent service and dedication. Keep up the good work!

  • Dear Dr. Hoo Woon Ping, We would like to thank you for the exceptional care and attentiveness you have provided throughout our pregnancy. We cannot forget how anxious and worried you were over my GDM diagnosis, including the calls you made personally to guide us to manage my glucose levels. Your dedication and support have been a constant source of comfort and reassurance for us. We looked forward to every visit as we traveled across the border from Singapore to Johor Bahru to see you. Your care has made a significant difference in our pregnancy journey. We are happy to share that Alexis was born safely at Singapore General Hospital on 12 October 2025, slightly preterm at 35 weeks and 6 days, weighing 2400g. Though she spent a few days in the NICU, she is now discharged and healthy. Thank you once again, Dr. Hoo, for your exceptional care and support. We are deeply grateful.   • My child was recently admitted to the hospital, and we were fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Baljit Kaur (Consultant Paediatrician). She is extremely kind, patient, and compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave us valuable knowledge and peace of mind. The nurses were also very responsive and caring, always ready to assist whenever needed. In addition, the hospital has plenty of parking space and a peaceful environment, which made our stay more comfortable. Overall, we are truly grateful for the excellent care provided and would highly recommend Dr. Baljit Kaur and the hospital team. Additional : Dr Baljit is very beautiful, which makes her warm personality even more delightful. 😉

  • Did a health screening package with Kensington Hospital. Really impressed with the great service provided. Had a really great experience with Dr Chew Ray Ming! The results were out within 2 days and doctor promptly shared the test interpretation with me. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a full body check up. 10 stars for Dr Chew and his team.
