I visited the shop on 22/11 to install a DSP for my car. The moment the boss inspected my vehicle, he immediately identified the poor workmanship done by the previous installer and helped to rectify the issues on the spot. He works alone without assistants, so you can really trust that every part of the installation is handled personally by him, ensuring solid workmanship and attention to detail. We initially agreed to install the FREUDE DSP, but there were some unexpected technical hiccups that prevented proper PC connection for tuning, which took some time to troubleshoot. In the end, the boss decided to upgrade me to the higher end FP-12 at no extra cost. After tuning, the improvement in sound quality was immediate and very noticeable the car audio now sounds much better than before. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quality audio upgrades and peace of mind. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
