Jaya Grocer in Eco Botanic is one of the more reliable supermarkets in the area, especially if you prefer a place that feels clean, organized, and easy to shop in. The store layout is straightforward, so it’s simple to find fresh produce, bakery items, snacks, and household goods without wandering around too much. Compared to smaller neighborhood stores, the selection here is noticeably broader. You’ll find everything from everyday essentials to a good range of imported products, which is helpful if you cook a lot or enjoy trying international items. The fresh section is usually well stocked, and the produce tends to be in good condition. The bakery and chilled sections also have more variety than average, including ready-to-eat meals and specialty items you don’t always see elsewhere. It’s clear the store aims to offer a slightly more premium experience, and while the prices reflect that, many people will appreciate the convenience and consistency. One thing I like is the general atmosphere — bright lighting, wide aisles, and an overall pleasant environment. Even during busier hours, it doesn’t feel too chaotic. Staff members are usually helpful when you need assistance, and checkout lines move at a reasonable pace. Overall, Jaya Grocer Eco Botanic is a dependable place for weekly groceries, quick stops, or picking up higher-quality ingredients when needed.

Nice supermarket. Well stocked. Prices slightly in the high side. (I guess offset by free parking). Service staff training can be improved. Overall though, Jaya Grocer at Eco Galleria is still my best option for grocery shopping in JB.

Parking is convenient, and the store is rarely overcrowded. A reliable and comfortable place for grocery shopping in the area!

One of my favourite supermarkets as their range is wider and more overseas brands. They also have a bakery and a counter selling fresh milk. The place is neat and properly laid out, but it can get very crowded on the weekends.

Bought the bread on the 25th (expiry date: 28th), but it turned moldy just the next day!. What if someone with poor eyesight or an elderly person didn’t notice it and ate it? ⚠️ This is extremely dangerous and irresponsible ‼️
