I went here on 21 January 2026 (Wednesday) at 2PM. There’s not much people that day so there’s no wait time. I ordered: 1. Fish and Chips (RM19.50): The fish is chunky & it doesn’t tastes or smell like frozen food. Kinda wish they give more tartar sauce tho. The potato has their unique flavour in it & the salad is nice too. 2. Grilled Chicken Chop Mushroom (RM19.50): Chicken is a little hard but it tastes nice. They covered the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce & I love it! The potato has their unique flavour in it & the salad is nice too. The portion of the foods are good and price is reasonable. I’m not sure how packed it is on other days but you can call and reserve a spot before coming. Oh, and if you ate the peanut when they you the menu, you need to pay for it. You can pay with cash, card and QR here!

Indeed it's pretty good. Taste wise overall was 👍 Kopi could be better but glad to come n try Plenty of parking in the huge carpark ahead so no worries. Very old school concept and overall it's a great meal.

Best Chicken Chop in town referring to the fried chicken chop(cutlet). Okay, to be fair, we didn’t order the best combination. Fried Chicken Chop goes well with mushroom sauce and the Grilled Chicken Chop matches the black pepper sauce. We had a bowl of noodles and tried out their Sweet and Sour fish too, which were surprisingly decent! Anyway we ordered Root Beer Float but it came as Root Beer Flood 🤓

Was walking in the old street saw this cafe who said they have the best chicken chop in town. I walk in and give a try. Order their signature chicken chop with an ice tea. The portion is big you will feel super full. The fired chicken chop the flour is too thick and leck of flavor. This is disappointing, please check on the quality of the food. Price still ok.

The hailam mee is superb. Chicken chop is nice, must order with egg. The creamy egg yolk with the fried chicken chop is superb. But the kopi is so bad, like 3 in one, way below average. ps: son said mother and son eat together 🤪
