Visited this flagship gaming store and had a great experience overall. The shop is spacious with a huge selection of games, consoles, accessories, and collectibles — perfect for gamers, hobbyists, and fans of anime merch alike.  The variety here is excellent, from Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox titles to figurines and toy collectibles. It’s easy to spend a good amount of time browsing and discovering rare finds.  Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with my questions, which made choosing products much easier. Prices felt fair and comparable to other outlets. Although i feel in terms of overall experience and feel, the outlet at Mid-valley southkey is still the most memorable.

Came by the store hoping Pokémon cards would be cheaper in JB—but even though the prices were about the same as SG, we ended up finding way more than we expected. The vibes are great, with shelves full of toys, collectibles, action figures, anime merch, and more. Total treasure trove for us. Only downside was the counter staff—wasn’t the friendliest and kind of gave off a "too sian here" vibe, which was a bit of a bummer. :(( all in all, went back wallets lighter and hearts happier ~~!

Huge selection and a large variety of toys as well as games. Gamers and toy lovers could spend quite some time here browsing through their selections. Staffs are friendly and incredibly helpful. The only negative side might be the flooring. Tripped almost 4-5times on the ground floor due to the uneven surfaces. I can't be looking on the floor when browsing the shelf can I? 😅

Bad customer service. I waited for my order to be shipped out, only for it to be cancelled by Shopee because the store failed to ship it within the deadline. And the excuse I got was that they were ‘low in manpower.’ If you’re that short-staffed and clearly unable to manage your customers’ orders properly, then maybe you shouldn’t be running online platforms at all. For a gaming store that’s supposedly well known, it’s honestly embarrassing how poorly your customer service is handled. Additionally, customer service repeatedly responded with the exact same ‘we will ship it out ASAP’ message, with no real update at all. I strongly suggest training your team to provide accurate and transparent information to customers.
