  • I recently stayed at Ibilik Hotel Johor Bahru in Tampoi. The location is quite convenient with nearby shops and eateries, which is a plus. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The cleanliness of the room can be improved as there were some areas that didn’t feel properly maintained. The bathroom condition also needs better upkeep. In addition, soundproofing is quite poor as noise from outside and the corridor can be clearly heard at night, which affected my rest. I hope the management can look into these issues and improve the overall maintenance and service quality. With some improvements, this hotel has good potential because of its strategic location.

  • Umar is friendly and assist guest even when arriving late to the hotel. Stayed for work. Room is clean. Good 24H food nearby. 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash provided. Need bring own toothbrush

  • Was looking for a room to rest as sent car for minor repair at nearby workshop, turned out to stay for the night. Omar at the receptionist, assisted with the registration and was very friendly and assurred if need any assitance to call him. The room was neat and tidy. Toilet was clean and tv is also available for netflix and youtube channels. Overall the stay was comforting and price was affordable. I recommended for those nearby Ibilik hotel @ johor. I surely will return if necessary. To swing & pillow, please maintain the standard. 👍👍👍

  • Big thanks to Umar for his amazing help. I booked Swing & Pillows CIQ Johor Bahru but accidentally went to a different Swing & Pillows building late at night. Umar was very kind and helpful, and he arranged a room for us even though it was a different building under the same brand. Really great service and very reassuring. Highly recommended!

  • I stayed 1 night for sgd $30. Guys, I will say you will have what you've paid for. Don't expect too much. The hairdryer is good, not like other hotel ones. The room is definitely not sound proof. You can legit hear everything outside and inside. If you ask am I coming back again, yes, with this price, I will. Overall, it was good. I am satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻
