Honestly, this deserves a 6-star review if Google allowed it. I visited I Be Own Nail Salon at KSL JB and had such a pleasant and heartwarming experience from start to finish. JY did my pedicure and Jajin did my manicure, and both of them were incredibly friendly, gentle, and patient throughout the whole session. They never rushed me and were very happy to let me try out different nail colours until I was truly satisfied. That level of patience really makes a difference. What stood out the most was how thoughtful they were. They even offered me CNY cookies, worried that I might be hungry. It was such a simple gesture but it made me feel genuinely cared for, not just like another customer walking in. The service felt very personal, warm, and sincere. You can really tell they enjoy what they do and care about their customers’ comfort and happiness. My nails turned out beautiful and the whole experience was more than excellent. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting KSL JB. Truly a lovely experience

I had such a great experience at this nail spa! The salon is very clean and relaxing, and the staff is welcoming. Ting was patient, professional, and paid close attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Linda did gel pedicure for me today. Her skills and service is good and I had a relaxing pedicure and my feet definitely received some good pampering today. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for more than a decade and they never disappoint. As they have total 13 outlets here, I always just walk-in without any appointment and will be attended to swiftly. At times the staff may usher us to another floor or outlet with the same mall if the outlet I visit happens to be full. You can expect almost instant service most of the time! Syw did my manicure. For my manicure she did ombré style for me and I love my new nails full of CNY vibes. Syw is a very skilled manicurist and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have great services and beautifully done nails! Thank you Syw!

I had a gel pedicure at this salon and I’m very happy with the results. The staff were friendly and professional, and they paid great attention to detail. The salon was clean and relaxing. My nails look beautiful and lasted well. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

It’s not easy to find good facial services for both women and men in KSL, but I was pleasantly surprised here. The facial therapist, Jensine, is very professional and knowledgeable. She carefully analyzed my skin condition and helped solve my skincare issues effectively. I truly appreciate her skill and attention to detail. Daily skin cleansing is very important, and with the right guidance from a professional like Jensine, it makes a big difference. Highly recommended!
