I was given a windowless room (112) on the 2nd floor. There is no electric kettle or hairdryer inside, except for two small bottles of mineral water. To be fair, there is a hot & cold water dispenser and an electric iron on the ironing board along the corridor. Toilet is ok, except there is nothing to hang your clothes while showering. No soap in the shower dispenser. Water heater is working well. The sink is slanted (think it is loose from the wall). The tap attached to the WC is inserted between the WC and the wall. There is only a nail to the toilet wall instead of the tap holder. The toilet door has no lock (think it is spoilt and not replaced). There is some stains on the bedsheet, as can be seen from the photos. The bedsheet & pillowcase are faded and greyish (not changed for a long time), compared to the white colour blanket. TV only have three channels: one Tamil, one Chinese and one CNA. Air con is working, but the wall control panel can hardly be seen as the LDR has faded badly. It is about 5 minutes walk from Aeon Bukit Indah, location is good and central. Lots of eateries behind and to the left of the hotel. Overall, if you only need a shower and bed at the end of the day, then it is acceptable standard for the kind of price (S$61 including taxes for two nights). I am out most of the daytime and only return to sleep and to shower

So nice fortune bukit hotel 4 stars budget hotel with a good location. Walking distance to Aeon Mall, Lotus, Tf and lot of eating places around. Highly recommended and nice foods 👍👍🤗

The hotel is well maintained and strategically located. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioner is very cooling. The room service is very good and the staff are friendly

Misleading listing and poor hygiene – disappointing experience I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. The bed sheets were a bit dirty, and the air conditioner was covered in a thick layer of dust, which is unacceptable for basic hygiene. Additionally, the hotel listing on Agoda stated that there was a bathtub and free parking, but in reality, neither was available. I feel this is misleading and potentially deceptive to consumers. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both the cleanliness and the accuracy of its listings. Guests deserve transparency and a hygienic environment.
