We had such a great stay! We arrived before 9am and they were super nice about letting us check in early, which we really appreciated. The next morning we went down for breakfast around 9:20am (pretty much peak time), and the receptionist, Marde, took care of us right away. She guided us to the waiting area and got us seated as soon as a table opened up, even checking in to make sure everything was good. The facilities are solid too. The gym has enough equipment for a proper workout, and the pool is a bit small but totally fine for a chill swim. And the location? Amazing. It’s right next to Komtar, so super convenient. Definitely coming back!

We were warmly received at check-in by Tiara, who was pleasant, patient, and very efficient. The process was quick and seamless. Our room had a magnificent view, overlooking both the sea and the Causeway, where we could amusingly watch the traffic congestion clearly. The view of the sea was especially beautiful and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak and congee, while my son was thrilled with the freshly made, piping hot pancakes and waffles. Haqiz attended to us at the breakfast table and was polite, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. Although I didn’t manage to note the names of all the staff on duty during breakfast on 14 February, the service across the board was impeccable. A truly pleasant stay.

For staycation, used to head to Doubletree Hilton but now, I have found a better one - Holiday Inn JBCC. Room cleanliness - above average Room comfortness - above average. Try to avoid staying at unit 17 as the sound of elevator can be heard if you are a light sleeper. Hospitality - excellent. For those whom drive, they will cater sheltered parking for guests. Would like to highlight a staff that provides great assurance for guests that drives into this hotel - Mukesh Sonar. He took the initiative to guide me to park under the shelter and letting us feels that we as guests of Holiday Inn should be well taken care, including our personal vehicle. The guards, provided us a sense of great security that our vehicles are also well taken care of. Special out to the guards, especially Sonar. The breakfast buffet were also reasonable in terms of price point and spread. There were meats, proteins and healthy selection of carbs as well. In room dining selection (supper) was great! Not many choices but enough to satisfy my hunger and palette. Lastly, I hope Holiday Inn continues to maintain their competitiveness against the rest of the old timers - Amari, Doubletree and the latest entry - Novotel and Sheraton. Hope you guys continue to thrive for the best!

I recently stayed here with my family for two nights. We were warmly greeted by a lovely trainee, Elizabeth, who thoroughly explained the check-in process without senior assistance—excellent job for a trainee. Our rooms, 1601 and 1602, met our expectations with a lovely view of Singapore and the CIQ. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeper, Rakibul, did an amazing job preparing them. The shower had good water pressure. While the breakfast was acceptable, I particularly enjoyed the bread selection. One downside was having to take two elevators to reach the ground floor.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn JBCC from 9–10 January. Everything was smooth and pleasant, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Special thanks to the Guest Service Manager, Mr. Syamsul, and trainee Tiara for their outstanding service during both check-in and check-out. They were friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and recognised as guests. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome sweet treat from the hotel such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality shown. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely return again. Highly recommended!
