I had a really pleasant experience here. The staff were professional and very caring — they even offered me water and food while I was waiting. I truly appreciated the free Kegel treatment given before seeing the doctor, which made the wait much more comfortable. The facilities are excellent, clean, and very comfortable. Dr Arif explained everything clearly and was very cheerful, which made me feel at ease and confident. I honestly give this place 5 stars Recommended

Had my first consultation and treatment at HE Medical Southkey. From registration to consultation, the staff were polite and pleasant, which really helped ease my anxiety as it was my first visit.
