Very swift check in and check out. Staff and night security personnel are friendly and helpful. Self service check in and check out machine easy to use however if u dont know how to use it the staff will assist u. Deposit of RM50 need to be cash in but refundable upon check out. For room charges can use either cash or card. Room and toilet are consider huge and acceptable with the price of it. No kettle, fridge or iron in the room but there is one at the common corridor for sharing purpose. Furniture in the room consider new too and alot of restaurants nearby. Open space parking but consider safe.

This was hands down the most heartwarming stay during my trip to Malaysia! From the impeccable service to the incredible integrity of the staff, everything was perfect. When I checked out, the lady at the front desk was beaming with a radiant smile and warmly wished me a "Happy Chinese New Year"—hearing that festive greeting in a foreign country truly moved me. Despite our language barrier, she was incredibly patient and used a translator to communicate with me throughout, showing zero impatience. What impressed me most was their responsibility; after realizing I had left my belongings behind, I reached out to them, and they were incredibly warm and helpful. They patiently cooperated with me to arrange the courier and ensured everything was handled perfectly. This level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and precious. If you’re visiting Malaysia, you MUST stay here—you’ll experience not just a stay, but true hospitality and warmth. Highly recommended!

First of all, I was very satisfied with my stay here, even though it was just one night. The staff provided excellent hospitality, and the room service was great.. whenever we needed extra towels or had any requests, they were very cooperative. As for the room, it was pleasantly scented, and most importantly, the first impression upon entering was that it was clean and neatly arranged. If I were to stay here again for a second time, I would definitely choose this place, even for a short trip. This hotel truly deserves to be shared and recommended because of how comfortable the stay was.

What I really liked about this hotel was the great staff! The security guard helped us a lot during check-in and even when we accidentally got locked out of our room. The room itself was clean, smelled nice, and quite comfortable, though the lighting was a bit too dim, especially along the hotel corridor. Each floor has a water dispenser (hot and cold) and an iron that guests can use, which is super convenient! However, I didn’t really like the door security system since we only got a manual key instead of a card, the card didn’t work for our room. The location is quite strategic, situated within a shophouse complex and close to a minimarket, laundry, restaurants, and more. There’s plenty to explore around the area. The price was affordable too. We only paid around MYR 130 for 2 nights. Overall, a good stay with friendly service and great value for money!

Previously was called Clover hotel , they changed management. Staff are nice to help to use Self check in machine. this is a budget Hotel I paid $27 Sin dollars so do not expect too much. I booked a queen size bed with window, it’s good for one night stay. Towel and bedsheets has some stains if you don’t mind. Toilet is bigger than other budget room. Most amenity is provided, even Hair dryer is Free in the room. Many restaurants opened till late night. It’s safe for solo female traveler.
