watching Magik Rompak at GSC Midvalley Southkey was a smooth and positive experience and ticket price for student just RM 12. Visiting on a weekday meant the crowd was minimal like have in about 10 people only inside hall, creating a calm atmosphere. The ticket kiosk worked without any issues, and the staff were polite and helpful for scanning the ticket. The cinema hall was easy to locate and find without need to ask the staff for location, and the restroom or toilet facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hall itself was well soundproofed, with no disturbances from neighboring screening halls. Overall, will visit again if there is good movie to be watch.

Have been to this GSC outlet many times before but finally leaving a review after watching Avatar on 22nd Jan at 11am. Price: Prices are reasonable at 49rm for IMAX 3D. If you’re watching a regular 2D movie, student/ senior/ OKU prices are 16rm, if I recall. Cinema Hall: No matter which hall you go to, the seating is comfortable, and the legroom is ample. This is coming from a 180+cm dude who values his space. The halls are also clean. Sound: The IMAX theatres simply have superior sound. The subwoofers make it so that you can feel the vibration and boom of each gunshot. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Popcorn: One of the better cinema popcorns I’ve eaten. The majority of the popcorn had caramel on it, was crunchy and there were 0 kernels in the box. My only complaint is that the 3D glasses came dirty and had greasy fingerprint smudges all over them. Could see that they were never cleaned.

The GOLD class seat is comfortable and clean. however, there are 2 things that I need to point out, it would be good if the blanket can be sterilize and put a plastic bag for the next person to use , just like in the aircraft. Secondly if the rice can be served “hot” will be fantastic. Overall is a nice experience.

not so much ab the movie i watched but regarding their customer service from this specific staff when i was picking up my food for my showtime at 12:50 am earlier today. just plain rude and unprofessional. asked my parents to go to another counter when the other counters r all closed. then didnt even apologized for assuming wrong bc she thought we wanted to buy instead of picking up food. well okay fine. then she asked what drinks do i want i asked her back what r non carbonated drinks available she was like "oh takde semua air bergas" so i went "oh u dont have ice lemon tea or anything?" then she was like "oh ice lemon tea ada" so i was weirded out like telling her isnt that non carbonated but she went full on gaslight mode "pendapat masing2 la kan bagi saya air ice lemon tea still carbonated jugak sikit" and looked at me like I was dumb instead?? it was the most absurd excuse ever like you couldve just apologize for keep on being WRONG and went on ab ur day but nooooooooooo shes never gonna do that even if ure a customer. courtesy? polite? she'd be like whats that never heard of it. ruined my mood for the day like how do u work in customer service and try to talk to ur customer as if they were born yesterday and didn't know any better. first bad staff i met working at the movies lmao terrible.

Very comfortable high-back soft leather lounge seats cosied up from head to calf, but the surround sound system was a bit too loud. Overall cinema experience was very worthy of the ticket price. Will definitely return for more movies here.
