Previously I had done many aesthetic treatment at different places for many years with not much of results, until I finally found a trustworthy doctor--Dr Grace at Graceglo. After being treated by her, my acne scars, enlarged pores and pigments improved drastically. After I delivered my baby, I had a "baby pouch", sagging flabby tummy, and fat thighs, i was very concerned. Luckily Dr Grace did HIFU tummy and fat melting for my thighs, and i regained my confidence with a slim and toned body. At Graceglo, I tried their microneedling, laser, HIFU face, HIFU tummy and fat melting treatment. I'm very satisfied with all my results. Doing one treatment session in Graceglo is equivalent to doing many many sessions in other aesthetic centres. Dr Grace treated me whole-heartedly with her personal touch and customized my treatment according to my concerns. I am very grateful that I met Dr Grace and she made me prettier, slimmer, and full of confidence!

I recently underwent mesolipolysis treatment at GraceGlo for my double chin, tummy, and love handles. The results have been remarkable, with a noticeable reduction in my double chin after just three sessions and significant improvements in my tummy and love handles after five sessions. Dr. Grace and her staff demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism, ensuring I received the highest level of care throughout my treatment. Their attention to detail and commitment to my progress were truly commendable.

Stepping into GraceGlo, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. She was kind and considerate to my needs, polite and upbeat in her tone. It put my nerves for my first time mole removal at ease. The room was clean, bright and they even had a cup of water for me in case I was thirsty anytime during the procedure. I appreciated that they double checked with me which moles I wanted to remove, the cost (transparent pricing) and checked if I wanted to remove other smaller ones I didn't spot even though it was the same price. The 900RM package is really value for money as it's for the whole face, and adding on new ones to remove including milia is the same price. Another thing I appreciated was the clear communication. Doctor and assistant briefed me clearly on the procedure and kept me updated throughout with explanations and what to expect. It set my mind at ease as I could pre empt and understand what was going on. This included the after care as well - when to apply soothing cream and all. Overall, Dr Grace was professional, detailed, kind and made my first mole removal experience a really pleasant one :)

Was recommended by a friend who did her aesthetic treatment in JB. First arranged a consultation with Doctor Grace. Very friendly Doctor & easy to talk to. She genuinely wanted to know your skin care concerns before recommending the treatments they have, not pushy at all. Very good opportunity to clarify your doubts & also about the various treatment methods in the market. Consultation fee of rm80 will be subsequently deducted when u do your first treatment with them. Did their laser treatment at first trial pricing (rm590). Anesthesia cream was first applied (45min), followed by laser treatment (almost 30 mins), followed by Doctor's specially formulated mask to aid in post treatment recovery. Process took 2.5h. Painless & comfortable experience, numbing effects will take a few hours to wear off. Dr even used the same laser machine (Q Switch) to help lift my face (before & after effects shown during the laser process). After the treatment, post treatment gel (morning & night) & medicine (for itching) is given. Amazed at their after care service and pricing, as it's inclusive of the anaesthesia cream & post treatment gel. Previously went to another outlet to do pico laser, the Dr only lasered my face for 5 minutes (rm298), only toner & sunscreen applied thereafter. So by comparision, i think this is a very good deal. Some salons either do not provide, or will only inform you that these would incur an additional charge during treatment. I bought some of their in-house masks and continued to use it for the next 7 days. Could see that pigmentation marks are lighter, skin is fairer and a friend could even tell that my face looks more "lifted". From just one laser treatment, im very happy with the results. Have booked an appointment to do their microneedling trial 2 weeks after. Can't wait to see the results!
