Came from Batam for a health screening and the experience was truly premium. The hospital arranged the ferry and personal driver pickup, making the journey seamless. At the hospital, everything was well-organized, staff were professional, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for patients coming from overseas.

On 23/10/2025 Regarding the rating, I would like to praise Dr. Han, he is truly kind and speaks very gently. The surgery was quite successful. The nurses in Ward 411 who took care of my mother were very patient and attentive. You can really feel that they are dedicated and take their work seriously. Even when they were busy, they still took the time to joke with my mother, which lightened the atmosphere a lot. Ms. Faridah was also wonderful. She always greeted us with a warm smile and comforted us not to worry too much. The staff at the International Lounge were also very caring. Even when we were feeling down, they took the initiative to check on us and offer help. Overall, our experience at Gleneagles Hospital was very smooth, and we’re really glad we made the right choice. Also mr putra he is very caring, he took his off work time to send us to harbour. Thank you to everyone for your care!

Really disappointed with the service. My mother was sick, and before coming I called to ask if there were any beds available. On the phone, staff said first come, first serve, so we rushed down. But once we arrived, they told us there were no more beds. So why even say beds are available when there aren’t? This is irresponsible and caused unnecessary stress to my sick mother and our family. Next time, be honest and inform patients clearly if there are no beds instead of giving false hope. It’s really unbelievable.really sucks

A special shoutout to Mr. Ganesan, Head of Security, who was on duty during these dates. His attentiveness, professionalism, and reassuring presence truly made a difference. He ensured everything was well-managed and gave us great confidence that things were in good hands. I would also like to commend the ICU team, especially the doctor, nurses and sister on duty at HDU1, for their dedication and compassionate care. They were attentive, calm, and professional at all times, making sure everything went smoothly and that the patient was well taken care of.
