This place is a gem for karaoke enthusiasts!! ✨ The medium-sized rooms are cozy, stylish, and uniquely designed to ensure maximum comfort and fun. The up-to-date song system allows you to belt out all the latest hits from their extensive library, making it a fantastic experience for everyone. Their sound system also is a top tier !⭐️⭐️ not only that they also serves food and drinks to you. From the refreshing Fizzy Grapefruit Citrus Vitamin C to the mouthwatering Mix Popcorn Chicken, Chicken Yakitori, and the Mix Platter (which was a birthday special and free for birthday customers!), the variety and quality of the food are impressive. The service is top-notch, with dishes delivered right to your room, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment. It is located at Eco Galleria, this karaoke spot is easily accessible and offers a memorable experience for groups of friends or family gatherings. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a fun night out, GIO KTV is the go-to place for an unforgettable karaoke experience. Definitely recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

RM316 for a medium room, 3 hours and not even a bottle of mineral water included. Interesting concept of “premium”. For a place charging this much, basic hospitality apparently comes as an optional upgrade. You pay first, then realise even water is a luxury. The song selection is… memorable, in the wrong way. Malay, English, and Indonesian tracks feel stuck in the past, while the system is overwhelmingly dominated by Chinese songs (easily 90%). If that’s the target audience, then fair enough — but perhaps be honest about it, because anyone expecting variety will spend more time scrolling than singing. Overall, this is a masterclass in how to charge high-end prices while delivering a very average experience. Plenty of other karaoke spots offer updated songs, better balance, and actual value often with drinks included. This one? A lesson learned. Not recommended.

1. The sound system is excellent and we're singing high. 2. The service staff was very smart and considerate and they were very surprised to help us warm up the food. 3. Environment is clean (maybe it's new) ps:counter free one hour. COME BACK here next time!!!

The rooms are generally clean and comfortable. KTV is quite new and we find the karaoke system is way better than other karaokes in JB. Only lacking: mandarin songs not so updated (Pls update !!)
