Most importantly, no hard-selling & will not recommend unnecessary upgrades that do not improve your sound experience. He will try his best to let you test out the sound before & after installation for you to decide for yourself!

My experience with this store was deeply disappointing. The craftsmanship and overall service fell far short of what the store claims to offer, yet the prices were unreasonably high. What surprised me even more was that payment was made to a personal account under the name CHAN XIN HOU, which is highly questionable for a legitimate business. I personally suffered a significant financial loss—several thousand gone, with the product and service not living up to expectations at all. I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any decisions, so as not to repeat my mistake. I sincerely hope the business takes customer feedback seriously and focuses on improving quality and transparency, rather than relying on questionable practices to sustain operations.

Owner very rude！I just asked some questions about the audio, and he answered me very impatiently. Last, I asked about the price, and he didn't even look at me and said rm300. I will never come to this accessories store again. I also suggest you not to come to this store, the prices are outrageous, other stores only charge about rm100-200, he needs rm300 and he's very rude and no repect！！！

After searching on Google and found out that this shop has the best review so I head down to this shop and I bring my own midrange for them to help me install. The installation was smooth but when comes to the price… workmanship cost RM4xx, cost of the wire they use RM4xx also, round up in total is over 1k ringgit… for me the installation process is not complicated for them as they are professional in this field, so the above price is for your reference if you decide to go this shop and be prepare for the steep price…
