Terrible service. Staff are so slack, staff more than customer and not really doing work, just standing there. Queue time more than one hour. When we went in, no one served us, i requested to look on the watch, the staff asked another staff to serve me while the another staff was busy serving other customer. So this girl had to serve me like I owe her a million (black head all time). Oh ya, not all the time, the only time she smile is when their friend bring drinks to her, and she abandoned me to look at the drinks. This staff idk her name, no name tag on it but is short hair girl.

When it rains, you will get wet even if you are under the roof, and you will be stuck in the toilet in the middle of the building as it's unsheltered. Supposed to be a premium place but the actual place is below expectations. Coincidentally the day I went, it rained and caused me inconvenience, thus I don't like this place.

visited the outlet at 4pm 9 Nov 2023, attended by staff by the name of Ijam....helpful, friendly, courteous and attentive.....Kudos. Ijam, my wife says tq for helping her choosing her new back pack.
