Had an amazing dining experience at Fire Pitz! The service was exceptional, and special thanks to Ken and Justin for taking such great care of us. Both were incredibly polite, warm, and hospitable throughout the evening. Ken especially made us feel very welcome — he was knowledgeable and gave excellent food recommendations that truly elevated our experience. We absolutely loved the A5 Kagoshima Wagyu recommended by him, cooked medium with a beautifully charred exterior. It was perfectly done and literally melted in the mouth — one of the best we’ve had! It was also a lovely surprise when they found out we were celebrating our anniversary and kindly treated us to a Valentine’s dessert. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our night even more special. Highly recommend for great food, outstanding service, and a memorable dining experience. Will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Fire Pitz. The customer service was excellent — the staff explained their products clearly and gave thoughtful recommendations without any hard selling, which I really appreciated. The environment was comfortable and stylish. I especially enjoyed sitting at the counter, where I could watch the food being prepared — it made the experience more engaging. Special thanks to Ken, who served us with great professionalism and attention to detail. He was very accommodating and attentive throughout our meal. Overall, the price paid is well worth it for the quality of food, excellent service, and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return.

We found our new favorite steakhouse! The menu had a concise but excellent selection. Service was super fast, and the staff had a friendly smile and knowledgeable, offering great wine pairings. The steak was minimally seasoned, allowing the rich, robust, dry-aged flavor of the beef to take center stage, which I really appreciated. The ducks and lamb were amazingly delicious too. This gem truly offers an exceptional experience for any steak enthusiast. I can't wait to return!

Love this place 👍 A charcoal fire–cooked steak restaurant with a really nice atmosphere. Cozy place to enjoy a good steak. We tried the Wagyu Miyazaki, which had great marbling and a nice balance of fat, and the dry-aged sirloin, which was flavorful and cooked really well. Big shoutout to JQ for the awesome service. He clearly and engagingly explained the different cuts, textures, and cooking styles, and gave honest recommendations before we ordered. He also helped us choose the right doneness, matching sauces, and even suggested desserts. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and he made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Would definitely come back again 🥩🔥

Valentine’s dinner at Firepitz felt less like a reservation and more like being gently welcomed into a space that understands what celebration means. From the moment we were seated, the table was thoughtfully dressed — soft lighting, scattered rose petals, and a beautifully tied red ribbon resting on the plate like a promise of something special to come. There was even a blank note waiting for us to ink our precious feelings, celebrating food and love. We had a creamy mushroom pasta that was deeply comforting without being heavy. The sauce clung lovingly to each strand, earthy and fragrant, studded generously with mushrooms and finished with a shower of grated cheese and fresh greens that brightened every bite. It was indulgent, but balanced — the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-conversation just to savour it properly. The steak was a standout. Sliced and perfectly medium, it arrived blushing and tender, with a beautiful crust that carried just the right amount of smokiness. Accompanied by coarse salt, fresh wasabi, and an herbaceous sauce on the side, each bite was juicy and richly satisfying. It’s clear that Firepitz understands fire — not just as a cooking method, but as a way to coax out depth and character from good produce. The barramundi was equally memorable: a beautifully seared fillet crowned with caramelised onions and delicate sprouts, resting on a glossy, flavour-packed sauce. The char on the skin gave way to moist, flaky flesh, while the squeeze of grilled lemon cut through the richness with brightness. It was elegant, thoughtful, and plated with artistry. And then there was the charred cabbage starter — layered with textures, umami, and little bursts of flavour that kept us guessing happily at every forkful. It set the tone for the evening: playful yet refined. Beyond the food, what truly elevated the experience was the hospitality. Mila and Ken were exceptional hosts — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the night feel special. They struck that rare balance of being present without hovering, thoughtful without being intrusive. You could tell they cared — not just about service, but about the experience. Ken even offered to sing to celebrate us — a kind offer that concluded the night warmly. Firepitz delivered more than a Valentine’s dinner. It delivered comfort, celebration, and a reminder that good food — shared in a welcoming space — is one of the simplest and most beautiful ways to honour love. We left full, grateful, and already thinking about our next visit.
