So far so good. They gave their best performance on the services. Customers are required to wait patiently to make sure the optimum quality of car repair, and also they need to wait for stocks cuz there's no way the workshop gonna stuffed every model of every brand's spare parts.... Price wise, they will consult first then work on the issue. Make sure to ws them b4 coming becuz the store might not be able to accept walk in during peak seasons.

Foreman Khai was very proactive in checking the disturbing knocking sound issue of my car. After through troubleshooting for the knocking sound issue was carried out and issue identified, Foreman Khai then instructed his mechanics to carry out detail checks for the rest of the areas of my car at no extra charge. The environment is very clean and tidy. 4-5 mechanics attended to my car. What an amazing service rendered. Very satisfying and fulfilling. Definitely will recommend others! You will not regret.

Watsapp their boss last min for oil change at Taman Daya outlet and was told to look out for Shukor. Shukor knows his stuff and no hard selling to customers. Value for money. Will definitely come back.

Good customer service! Contacted Mr. Khai for advice — he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The workshop completed a full major servicing within a day and provided a reasonable quotation and price. They thoroughly checked my car and clearly explained what needed to be replaced. Everything was done efficiently, and I’m very happy with the overall experience.

I’ve been doing my alignment at Fateh Tyre for a long time, and they’ve never disappointed. The service is fast, the staff are genuinely helpful, and the overall experience is always pleasant. What I appreciate the most is that they even provide a comfortable prayer room for muslim customers. While waiting for the car to be done, I can perform my prayers peacefully without having to look for another place. The area is clean, well-maintained, and it really gives you confidence in their work. Honestly, Fateh Tyre doesn’t just take care of your car, They take care of their customers too. Truly recommended.
