Must die die try their pepper pork stomach soup. Taste super great. As we try it 1st time in this restaurant, the staff introduced us their food and recommended which type set to select. We selected the red snapper fish with seafood, and the taste was super amazing. The staff was friendly and nice, and they immediately to up soup when it was running low. Cons: slightly difficult to reach here as the restaurant's name cannot be found in the GRAB app. We had to copy the restaurant' address from Google map and paste in GRAB app in order to find a GRAB taxi for the transport service. Definitely will come again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Visited Fat Fish JB on a Saturday night around 8pm. Even though many tables were filled, there were still a few empty ones and the four of us got seated immediately. The lady at the counter was very polite and friendly, and quickly brought us to our table. Another young staff who handed us the ordering tablet even asked if it was our first time here and offered to guide us through the menu. We chose to order à la carte since we didn’t want everything in the bundle set. The staff explained it would be slightly more expensive but still okay — very honest and helpful. Throughout the meal, they refilled our soup three times without us even asking, which means they were really attentive and paying attention to our pot. We were also offered disposable aprons and even a phone stand when they saw us using our phones — super thoughtful touches that made the experience even better. Food-wise, everything was fresh and delicious. The tiger prawns were big and very fresh, and the pumpkin soup base was a huge hit with my kids — rich, flavourful and comforting. All the ingredients we ordered were tasty and good quality. Overall, great service, great food, and great experience. We’ll definitely be back again next time!

Nice place and food is sumptous. We had their signature pork stomach pepper soup base and red snapper. Thoroughly enjoy it. The fish is very fresh and the soup is thick and full of flavour.

Really fresh seafood — probably one of the better spots in JB if you’re craving seafood. The place can get a bit crowded during dinner, so best to make a reservation or come early. Price-wise it’s slightly on the higher side for JB, but still reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, great for seafood lovers who want something fresh and well-prepared. Would definitely come back.

The barramundi is better than the red snapper and the pork soup is better than the fish soup. The variety of ala carte ingredients is not much compared to ZWY but the pork soup here wins. You can ask for the ala carte stuff to be brought out separately instead of added to your soup especially if you have two soup bases.
