Came for a full body massage and the counter was polite and considerate when we couldn’t make up our minds initially. We were then led to a feet wash within 5minutes, and then led upstairs to the second level for the full body massage. The room was conducive as it was really dark and soundproofed well. I was attended to by A33 (lady) and I requested for a softer massage, having just recovered from a flu recently. She understood and provided firm pressure while subduing her true strength. Am sure she would usually be providing super strong massages that many would enjoy. The 90mins massage ended so quickly as I enjoyed every moment. Areas which are usually missed at other massages are attended to here. Also, the towel control of the masseur was very good as I did not feel cold for a single moment despite the air conditioning. The session would end with a bowl of red bean soup, glass of ginger tea and warm water. A return voucher was also provided for the next visit. Highly recommended!

First time here at Family Thai Spa Mt Austin 1. Staff here are very professional and the masseuse gives you the massage of your life. I was lucky to get a young gentleman as my masseuse and I could see the effort he was putting into the process. The strength used was perfect and I had a pleasant experience. Will definitely come back here again. After the massage, they serve a bowl of hot red bean soup, cup of hot ginger tea for relaxation, perfect after a massage.

Best place in JB to have a massage, and trust my review for sure. I am an avid traveller and have had many forms of massages, many masseuse types, strengths and personalities as well. No visit here has ever been disappointing and doesn’t matter at all who your masseuse is! Somehow of all the times I’ve come it has been almost impossible to say who was better! Thanks guys.

This is really a place that everyone must come and experience. The best massage I ever get .. the place is super cosy and the therapist is very professional in their services. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back again

First time coming here and staff were friendly and responsive to our questions! Our masseuse (A18 and A10) was really good at massaging! Body felt really relaxed after 2 hours of full massage. We went on weekend and 2 hours for couple package was RM288, definitely worth the price
