Outstanding service & unforgettable experience! We had an absolutely amazing experience at Family Thai Spa. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and very welcoming. The ambience was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The masseur was excellent — skilled, attentive, and truly knew how to relieve stress and tension. One of the best massages we’ve had, hands down. What really made this experience extra special was the surprise birthday gesture for my wife. It was completely unexpected and so thoughtfully done. That personal touch truly meant a lot to us and turned a great massage into a memorable experience. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations in every way. Have a very good experience. The massage was very good . After the massage , I felt the tightness on my shoulder was gone . The counter staff was friendly and hospitable. We were also given some refreshments after the session. It is really a get away from the routine stress .

Good service. Attention to details. Reception staff very patient to explain. Masseuse apply the right amount of strength. Technique was good. Premises was clean. Overall good experience. Will recomend. The after massage ginger snubs and red bean dessert were nice & home cooked ?

I got the 2-hour body massage (with oil). I’m normally not a big massage fan because I’m slightly sensitive but the masseuse was really great and checked in with my comfort level during the massage. Even if you don’t do the full body massage, their shoulder and foot massage was also excellent (my teenage brother, who isn’t big on massages, was also happy with it too). They definitely released my pressure points comfortably. All the staff seems friendly and very nice too. The oil they used isn’t strong at all. Also, free dessert at the end, which is always a plus! I would definitely come back again.

I had an amazing massage experience today. From start to finish, everything was done with so much care and professionalism. The therapist was very skilled — every stroke, every pressure point felt just right, and it really helped release all my muscle tension. The ambience was relaxing, clean, and calming, which made the whole session even better. I left feeling light, refreshed, and completely satisfied. Truly a very good and memorable experience. 100% satisfied and highly recommended!
