I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today on October 6th at 8:00 PM. , the cashier, a Chinese female with glasses displayed a complete lack of professional courtesy. We politely requested two bags for our purchase and informed her beforehand. She reacted by not acknowledging our request whatsoever—she didn't speak, nod, or even look at us. Her lack of response was akin to being a "mute" and was frankly disrespectful. A cashier’s role includes basic interaction and meeting reasonable customer needs. This kind of attitude is unbecoming of a service professional. I urge management to address this lack of basic communication skills and courtesy with the employee.

One of the security guards wrongly suspected me of stealing just because he saw me near the stairs. He assumed I brought a paid item upstairs, but I was never informed that this was not allowed, not even by the cashier. I only went upstairs to look for more items and paid separately for them. He followed me, checked my receipt, and clearly suspected me, but he found nothing. Even after that, he kept repeating the warning. When I explained that he had misunderstood, he suddenly shouted at me. His behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary. Ohh pakcik, kalau nak tunjuk garang bukan macamtu. Jerit -jerit awak sendiri yang sakit hati haiyoo 😅

The cashier is too. If they are not prefer to work with customers then just fire them. I understand we all have some problems but at least show some respect to the other people. If u really can't work with customers and if u don't know proper manner then just quit. Don't be there and spoil other person mood including u are tarnishing u company named. EVERJOY pls prepare or do something to complain or give feedback about ur staff. Then I think u supermarket will have some professional staff.

Very rude cashier, not all as special one Indian girl who was on duty ( 7/2 -4pm between 5pm) simply throw the words on me “ You no have mouth uh? Can’t talk face to face uh? “ This is your attitude “ ….. 😡 Hey ! You 👈🏿 My mom grow me very well that’s why I’m become a International Per-school 👩🏻🏫 Teacher and I run my own business….. problem about the plastic bag .. Even I didn’t said anything to her. I talk to my mother . The cashier busybody and simply out words….
