My first time here and was early. The staffs were accommodating and let me waited in the shop. Upon entering the shop, the environment is calming and clean. Did a skin analysis and the therapist explained clearly on my skin condition. The Branch Manager recommended me to do WISHPRO treatment which is for hydrating. The whole experience was very good and pleasant. The therapist who did for me was Xue Ting. She is attentive and skillful. Explained to me the steps and massage was superb. Would recommend to come here for a good facial retreat!

This is one of my regular facial place in JB. Like the product and the facial very relaxing. The product they used is Skeyndor from Spain. Went back on 31/1/2026. Happy with the service and brought more products. Definitely coming back again.

Booking an appointment was really easy through whatsapp. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, they did a skin analysis for me and also recommended me the treatment to do. No upselling at all, you can choose the one you want to do. The whole process was really calming and nice, i literally fell asleep multiple times. but omg the pore extraction process was so thorough and painful but beauty is pain i guess. My face felt super duper clean and soft afterwards. super recommend!! they even gave dessert, snow fungus afterwards!! will definitely come back!! they also did some shoulder and head massage which felt really good

Had a really pleasant facial experience here — it even included a shoulder massage, which was a lovely bonus. Mei was very gentle and attentive throughout, making the whole session relaxing and comfortable. They also managed to slot us in at their best available time, which we really appreciated. To top it off, we were treated to free tang yuan and a warm, thoughtful goodbye. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!
