An Absolute Blast! Don't Miss the Rope Course. This place is fantastic! The main event is the incredible 4-5 storey rope course. It's challenging, exciting, and had our girls begging for a second round. The zip line finale is a total thrill. We went early (9:30 am) and walked right on—highly recommend to beat the crowd! A unique family adventure we'll never forget. Pro tip: Go at 9:30 am for a seamless experience and wear light clothes with grip socks!

A Sky-High Adventure! Unforgettable Fun for the Kids. Our family's highlight at EnergyX was definitely the epic rope course! Soaring 4-5 storeys high, it's a thrilling adventure you can't find anywhere else. Our girls (aged 8 and 12) were brave and absolutely loved the challenging zip line and the big lower down. We went at 9:30 am—the perfect time with no queues. By 11:30 am, it was much busier, so go early! A must-do for active families.

Kids had a very fun and tiring time. Helpers really took their time to keep them entertained and safe. Definitely worth the time and money spent. Only improvement would be a contact number to call this branch.

Visited Energy X Park today with my kids and overall, we had a great time! From the moment we reached the cashier counter, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member named Namazie (I hope I spelled that correctly). He was extremely patient in explaining the different packages to us and even though the system was a little slow, the process was smooth thanks to him. My kids really enjoyed the tube slide, trampoline, and obstacle courses. However, they were a little disappointed that two attractions weren’t available. One was the auto-moving round barrier, which was out of order, and the other was the go-kart.. we saw a sign at the counter saying it has been permanently stopped. That was a letdown, as we were looking forward to trying it. That said, the kids still had a lot of fun! Namazie really stood out.. he kept checking on us while we were at the obstacle course area (we were the last group in that session because my kids were enjoying it so much). I truly appreciate his attentiveness and friendliness throughout our visit. One thing I’d like to mention: it’s definitely better to have an adult supervise closely. As an adult, I got stuck between the inflatable balloon walls in one of the corner areas (sorry, not sure how to describe it exactly), so just be cautious in those tighter spots. Overall, we had a fun and positive experience. Thank you, Namazie, for your great service — we’ll definitely be back again!

Paid RM58 but honestly not worth it. The games were very limited — mostly just jumping, rope, and zipper activities. First, safety needs improvement. Helmets were on the shelf but not given, even though many kids were playing. If someone slips, it could be dangerous. Second, hygiene was poor. The equipment and area smelled sweaty and weren’t cleaned or sanitized after use. Also, the price is quite high — locker RM5, socks RM6, gloves RM6 each. For this cost, there should be more games and better safety and cleanliness.
