I am very satisfied that I took this tour with my family. The staff at the ticket office explained the price and payment methods clearly in fluent English. From a foreigner’s perspective, if you don’t have a Touch ’n Go card, only cash payment is accepted. The boat driver was very considerate and drove slowly and carefully for my daughter, who was a little scared of the boat at first. The mangrove forest was unique and mysterious. We were able to observe monkeys, two different-colored snakes, several lizards, crabs on the trees, horseshoe crabs, various kinds of birds, and mudskippers. It was truly enjoyable to look for wild animals in their natural habitat, which is a completely different experience from visiting a zoo.

I was quite excited to visit due to the other reviews, but it was underwhelming. I contacted the manager via WhatsApp with some questions, however none of them were answered, and the booking process was quite unclear. However they are responsive during working hours. The in person reception was good and very smooth when we reached. We took the mangrove tour package which was RM35/pax, and we heard that from January onwards it would be RM60/pax for foreigners. The tour started nicely, the boat went quickly so it was cooling despite the hot sun, once in the mangrove area there was no sun, and the guide stopped to allow us to take photos. I guess we were unlucky, the only wildlife we saw during the tour was a snake hidden in the trees. The guide only spoke Malay and no one in my family understands Malay, so there was no explanation during the ride, just silence. Next we went to the mussel farm, and once again not very impressive, just a few mussels in one of the pens, and in another pen there were some different species like horseshoe crabs and starfish. There was also a baby crab that the guide found For those excited about the crab catching, don't be. It's literally just the guide putting a trap in the sea at the start of the tour, and at the end when heading back we reel the trap up. Once again we were unlucky and there was no crab caught. There was no historical site visit. If having meals there, we recommend getting the fresh orange juice jug. It was really fresh and refreshing. The staff there were also very helpful in helping us get a car out using an app called "indrive" that may not be available in your app store. The prices are on the higher end, and vary largely so if you have time to spare just wait. Our first offer was for RM95, and we waited until we got one for RM55.

I would like to compliment this gentleman. He is extremely attentive and friendly, and took the time to explain every detail to us. He showed us different animals and was very proactive in helping us take photos throughout the experience. It was truly a wonderful and enjoyable experience!

Had a great experience on the boat tour. Went to the mangroves which was a really nice area to visit, and also a floating mussel farm which was very interesting. Didn't catch any crabs but experience was worth it.

issa nice experienceeeee😚,the boat ride was fast and super cooling to feel the wind :))))), the guides and locals were also friendly and we got to see snakes monkey but usually also have crocs🤓There’s also a lot of cute kitties with horseshoe crab and mussels. It’s abit hard to call grab out tho😅 we jus walk-in on wed mid day
