I have been seeing Dr Lim, who is always very patient in explaining each procedure and extremely meticulous in her work. She takes the time to ensure I am comfortable and well-informed, which I really appreciate. The staff members are also very friendly, accommodating, and professional. This is a very good aesthetic clinic with a comfortable and pleasant environment. The assistants Angel is attentive, caring, and ensure that patients are well taken care of throughout the visit. Special mention to Dr. Cheryl, who is professional, friendly, and highly skilled. She uses a light-hearted approach with humor to help distract patients during laser treatments, making the experience much more comfortable. She is also very attentive and adjusts the treatment settings carefully according to individual tolerance levels and skin condition. Overall, a highly satisfying experience and a clinic I would confidently recommend.
