I had my fat melting treatment earlier today and it was a pleasant experience overall. I was briefed very clearly by Siti regarding the treatment and its costing, which made me feel well informed and assured. The consultant (unfortunately I forgot her name) was attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns before advising me accordingly. I truly appreciated that there was no hard selling involved they did not push any packages or try to upsell other treatments beyond what I had already decided on. The experience felt comfortable, professional, and honest.
