  • We have stayed here before and always like to come back. Staff are always polite, including security guards. Easy to check in. Free parking for house guests. Great convenient location. There are some road/construction works around but doesnt make it any inconvenient to move around. We still managed to work to Komtar Shopping Centre and City Square Mall. We didn't book this time with breakfast as we can get some great local food across the road. Not fancy but does the job. Oh...you still get a warm wallnut cookie per guest upon check-in. Keep up the great work!

  • Overall experience at the hotel was perfect. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and they very swiftly allowed a full refund and assisted in booking new rooms. The rooms are slightly outdated since the building has been here for some time, but definitely well-maintained and clean. Room service food is not bad, but do wish they had slightly more variation in the menu. Nonetheless, would come back for sure!

  • Booked the Deluxe King (high floor). Allocated room 2219. Upon arrival during check in, I was given 2 cookies ( what a surprise) check in was smooth and fast. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Even the basement carpark was clean. Stay for one night 19 Feb . Keep up the good work guys

  • I would happily stay here again. The warm cookie at check-in is a nice touch. I had a great stay at this hotel and indulged in a late night briyani in the hotel restaurant which was delicious. The staff seem happy and their service is very on-point. The fit-out is carefully maintained which seems a universal challenge for hotels - all the staff clearly have pride in their work. Location is near CIQ, nice malls as well as traditional shop houses. A few hundred metres down the road there's both hipsterish cafés and traditional eateries. A very clean room, no damp or humid feeling.

  • Tap water has strong chlorine smell. I wonder why. Will be asking them later in the morning. Hotel’s location is subpar compared to Holiday Inn JB and Amari Hotel JB. Doesnt have much shops nearby. 21 Feb 2026, 12:20pm: hotel checked and confirmed that there is a strong chlorine smell in their water. They said there is nothing they can do at the moment, but they offered us a change of room and complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly. Bed sheets are some of the cleanest we have seen.
