The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the different types of rooms available.I especially fell in love with the Japanese-style tatami bed. for me it was so unique, relaxing, and incredibly comfortable! It make me feel something different as i usually just got a normal bed type at other hotel i had stayed before. Plus, What I truly appreciate is that they offered me a special corporate rate since I frequently stay here under my company’s name. It was very thoughtful of them, and the discounted rate made the experience even more worthwhile. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The service, comfort, and value are outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for those who come here for business traveler just like me and i will definitely will continue staying here again whenever I’m in JB

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Got the room with bed low to the floor similar to Japanese style. The room has seen some wear but still reasonably in good condition. Glass bathroom doesnt have locks. Price is reasonable as for the room.

friendly staff and hygiene boutique hotel. Opposite to EDL . easy access and a lot of parking space. near to Midvalley southkey, Aeon, Stulang and JB town. Room is clean and im happy to stay here. utility & toiletries completed. very satisfied will repeat to stay here . recommended .
