I am a regular customer and usually book in advance bcos my favourite masseuse, Kak Sofia is always fully booked. I visit 2–4 times a month and the experience is always consistently great. Her massage is very effective, professional, and always hits the right points. After every session, my body feels lighter and more relaxed. The place is clean and comfortable. Special mention to Kak Amel, the receptionist, who is always kind and helpful. SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT: Some therapists who are not attending to customers tend to chat among themselves, which can be a bit distracting. It would be appreciated if this could be managed better, so all customers can fully enjoy the peaceful and relaxing environment here.

Absolutely worth the trip! I made a special journey just because of the reviews—and I’m so glad I did. The massage was strong and satisfying, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning!

I'm sorry to say but my 1 hour 53 rm body massage was poor. They kept bugging me to take 1hr 20 min. Maybe only plus point is clean environment for a massage compared to all the others from Holiday Plaza. I suspect it's because I told her I'm from Singapore that's why. The guy managing is a polite gentleman though - he said we will give youa good one next time. I'm upset I came all the way to ksl and it was not good despite the positive reviews. In my opinion not worth the 2 hour trip.
