  • I went to Covvo Salon for hair highlighting. The service was okay — the staff were polite and handled everything professionally, but nothing really stood out. The result was decent, though not as vibrant or detailed as I expected for the price. The salon itself is clean and comfortable, with a modern look, but overall the experience felt quite average. It’s not bad if you’re looking for a quick, straightforward hair service, but I wouldn’t say it’s exceptional or worth going out of your way for.

  • This was my second visit, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The haircut turned out exactly how I wanted. The scalp treatment was relaxing and made my scalp feel refreshed and clean. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I appreciate the consistent quality and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommended.

  • Randomly went into any salon since there’s many in KSL. Entered L2 salon and was attended by a ex-SG lady stylist. If I didn’t remember wrongly, she was Vietnamese. Soft spoken and gentle. Good hair treatment done that lasted for a month now, but pricing portrayed to me was as if they anyhow charge. When they quote, you have to ask them to show you from the price list board before agreeing. As I trusted them plainly, I asked midway to show me their rate board and realised their reflected price was a half price shown. When I enquired further, they went to discuss with Nicole (whom I believe was the in-charge), and another male, then came back saying my hair is longer and price board is for shorter hair length. FYI, mine was only slightly below shoulders length. So I said please show me the short medium long pricing but they don’t have, after Nicole flipped through many booklets. After treatment, she tried to give me a few very tiny samples of hair products after hair treatment was done, which I did not even use till today. Feedback was given face to face before I left, letting them know such actions doesn’t build trust nor long term customers. Left it as that. Unsure if I will return again. Note: those who cannot stand heat, may want to avoid, as their air con system was not ideal inside. Unsure if they have fixed the problem but I guess alternatively, good to ask if you can head in to feel the environment first then decide. Choose at own comfort.

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience here, especially with Knight. He was attentive, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted before starting. The cut and styling turned out exactly how I hoped—neat, flattering, and easy to manage. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend asking for Knight if you’re visiting! Salon is L1-12 KSL

  • This review is for the L2 branch! I always enjoy my haircut and scalp treatment sessions that I never even bother trying any other place (and KSL mall has countless hair salons). My hairstylist is Alice and I feel she really is full of heart for her customers, which is why this is my 3rd year going to her 💖 FYI there are 2 Covvo branches within KSL mall and the number listed on Google is that of L1. For L2, you can make an appointment via WhatsApp on the number listed in the screenshot.
