I’ve been servicing my Myvi here for years and the experience has always been excellent. The team is honest, skilled, and explains everything clearly. No unnecessary upselling, fair pricing, and quick turnaround. A workshop I truly trust—highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable car service!

I purchased four tires from the Shopee app for my Perodua Myvi 2011. The price was really good because I managed to use vouchers. I selected this shop through the installation booking page provided by Continental, since it was close to my house. The moment the mechanic dismantled the wheels, the shop owner approached me and insisted that I replace the steel valves at RM15 per valve, which is ridiculously expensive (a whole set of steel valves only costs about RM12 on Shopee). He assumed my existing valves were already damaged. Since I know my car well and take good care of it, I refused. The owner then warned me that the warranty would be void if I didn’t change the valves. I told him straight that RM60 for something worth RM12 was unreasonable. After about an hour of tire installation (removing old tires, fitting new ones, balancing, etc.), the alignment process began. As expected, one of the mechanics came to me and said, “Camber needs to be adjusted.” Being 40 years old and familiar with these common tire shop tactics to squeeze extra money, I refused again. The mechanic then threatened that the warranty would be void if I didn’t agree, and I told him that was fine. So, beware of this shop. Don’t be fooled by the good ratings—you can’t be sure whether they are genuine, or maybe some customers just don’t realize they’re being overcharged. Update (23/8/2025) On the morning of 23 August 2025, just one day after the installation, I discovered that one of the newly installed tires was completely flat. I manually pumped it and immediately drove to your branch in Pulai Perdana 2, which is fortunately near my residence. Upon inspection, the staff removed the wheel, dismantled the tire, and shockingly discovered that the steel valve had not been tightened at all during installation. This is an extremely serious lapse in workmanship. Had I been driving on the highway at night, or on a remote road, a sudden flat tire could have led not only to serious damage to the rim and suspension parts of my car, but also to a dangerous accident. When I reported this to the shop via WhatsApp, I only received a simple apology — with no accountability, explanation, or assurance that such negligence will not happen again. This confirms my earlier complaint: not only are unethical upselling practices present, but also gross negligence in basic safety procedures. I strongly urge Continental to take immediate disciplinary action against this shop to prevent putting other customers at risk.

Price reasonable, experts at what they do. Friendly boss. Upgraded from 15 inch Taiwan rims to 14 inch Japanese rims with new Dunlops for RM150 each. Feels great driving on year tires. Workmanship was good and the charges are fair. Will come again in future for any wheel and suspension work. 🙏🏼
