Went to clinic rx austin branch since last year to treat my hyperpigmentation + melasma. Ever since the first visit i always feel comfortable here, all the staffs are friendly, smiley and takes time to answer all my concerns patiently. Not to mention Dr. Caddise is very skillful and professional with the treatments as well. Treatments are also relaxing without much pain. Now after a few sessions of pico laser and exovive treatments, i can definitely see a significant improvement on my spots. My skin is also brighter and smoother. Will surely consider continuing my beauty treatments here.

Thank you, Dr. Chang! I really love the service here and truly appreciate the professional advice that helped resolve my concerns. Jenny, the consultant, is very kind and patient. She explained clearly about the Ellansé procedure and its ingredients, and also helped lift my eye area so it looks brighter. I had very bad eye bags, wrinkles under my eyes, and droopy eyelids. After explaining my concerns to Dr. Chang, he reassured me that there was no need to worry or do too many treatments. What I really like about this clinic is that they do not push or cross-sell products unnecessarily. Dr. Chang explained everything clearly and performed the injections skillfully on the areas of my face that needed treatment. After the eye-area injections, I am very satisfied with the results. I will definitely come back to try another treatment.

It was my first time visiting the Clinic RX Mount Austin branch. The environment here is great. Dr. Caddise analyzed my skin issues very professionally and helped me understand how to take better care of my skin. Consultant Jenny was very patient in explaining all the treatment details, and therapist Ika was very friendly and provided excellent service. I have pigmentation and dark circle concerns, and I did their Silk Infusion, Pico Discovery Laser, and PRP treatments. I could already see some lightening after the first session. Overall, I’m very satisfied.
