We had a great experience here. Had lunch (melaka set). The food was surprisingly delicious and came with very big portions. I think the set is suitable for up to 5-6 pax. The service was awesome too. The were 2 restaurant staffs and the were very friendly and helpful. The staff named Mr Kumar was being helpful and friendly towards my children too. As for the breakfast, they served quiet lots of choices. Taste wise almost all perfect. For the price paid we think it was worth it. Quite cheap compared to other hotels. Overall we had a good experience here.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide and diverse selection of food. Everything tasted delicious, and I truly enjoyed every dish. They even served Johor specialties like Kacang Pool, which really made the experience feel authentically Johorean. The dining ambience was very pleasant, comfortable, and well set up for a relaxing breakfast. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Special thanks to Mr. Kumar, Assistant F&B, for his warm hospitality and excellent service. Overall, a very satisfying and enjoyable breakfast experience. Highly recommended

The room is clean, has nice facilities, comfortable & affordable, looks like recently got upgraded. I stayed at Deluxe Suite, quite spacious for 2 people. Most importantly, got Google TV, some hotel just have cable tv. Many facilities such as swimming pools, suitable for kids and to gather with family. Breakfast is okay, some food is delicious some is so so. Moderate choice of food buffet selection. Staffs are helpful, parking is free. Near Aeon Mall. Overall is recommended for a short getaway.

Had a wonderful buffet breakfast experience at Pulai Springs Resort this morning. The food spread was good, the ambience was peaceful, and everything felt well taken care of but what truly made our morning special was the excellent service. A big appreciation to Mr. Reazul, the waiter who attended to us. He was extremely attentive, polite, and dedicated. He helped us with serving food, cleared our table immediately, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. His efficiency and warm attitude really elevated our dining experience. I also want to mention that all the staff members were equally friendly, helpful, and professional. Their teamwork and positive attitude made the entire environment feel welcoming. Thank you, Pulai Springs Resort, and especially Mr. Reazul, for the great hospitality. 🌟
