Attended morning mass here. The congregation is friendly and welcoming. Lovely church, built in a style typical of church architecture in this part of the world. It is the oldest church in JB. The current structure dates from 1927 but the first church was built here in 1883. A plaque notes that the statue and grotto of Mary in the front of the church was donated by the Sultan - nice gesture of religious harmony.

Attended Christmas Mass .. church is very vibrant with mixed ethnicity parishioners. Glad to witness all God creation with different ethnicity come together in peace and harmony to celebrate Christmas

Attended the Easter Vigil Mass here. This is the oldest church in Johor Bahru. The building appears aged both architecturally and aesthetically, but it's still in decent condition. The interior is cool enough, with numerous fans installed.
