Visited the outlet with the intention to look at the Cabas Phantom and was served by Justin when I first stepped in. He was approachable and patient - let me try all the bags in different sizes too. I told him I just arrived and would like to have a think first and explore other shops in JPO. His response was really amicable and was not pushy at all. I went back towards the evening and he was there and remembered me. That was when I made my purchase. Justin’s patience and non judgmental attitude was great. Will definitely return to look for him next time.
