I was recommended by a friend and decided to make a trip to learn more about the service. I took the insulation package for the front fender, under wiper, flooring and 4 doors. I’m happy with the overall result. The overall noise ambient is lower. I don’t get the loud noise when I drive above 80km/hr. The vibrations are reduced too. You get the enclosed feeling. There’s a slight improvement from the doors because I have insulations in them before.

I was recommended this workshop by a friend for soundproofing work. After speaking with Mr Chue, he helped arrange a suitable day to carry out both the soundproofing and speaker system installation. Overall, the experience resulted in a noticeable improvement in sound quality and driving comfort. During the initial consultation, he recommended a four-layer system for the doors and a two-layer system for the interior, using DrAtrex’s EV-compatible soundproofing material, which is lighter than traditional options. He also suggested the Flux audio system to improve sound quality and clarity. After installation, there was a significant improvement over the stock speakers, and the soundproofing greatly enhanced the overall listening experience. The only issue that caught me off guard was that after disassembly, Mr Chue contacted me to suggest upgrading the insulation thickness from 6mm to 9mm due to the amount of empty space in the doors. The original price difference was supposed to be about RM800, but he offered to do it for RM500 instead. Personally, I would have preferred this to be discussed earlier rather than as a last-minute change, especially since similar models had been done before. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome, though I am placing a lot of trust in the fact that the quoted materials were used and installed correctly.

Expert Advice without the Pressure I was advised by Ah Hua, who was very thorough in explaining the different materials and their benefits. I really appreciated that his approach was entirely non-obligatory; I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which made the consultation very comfortable and honest. Superb Workmanship The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The soundproofing has made a world of difference to my Kodiaq—the cabin is significantly quieter, and the overall "feel" of the car has improved. It’s clear the team knows exactly what they are doing. Thoughtful Facilities The shop is well-equipped for customers who choose to wait. There is a comfortable resting area and, very thoughtfully, a dedicated place to pray as well. It’s these small details that show they truly care about their customers' needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their ride quality in JB!

Back here 2nd time with my 2nd audi. Initially, friends adviced that conti cars have sufficient damping and soundproofing but coming here to do it on my 1st car made me think otherwise. It elevates the experience and now in my 2nd car, I never fail to amazed me on the amount of improvements. CCS and Ah hwa carries the latest DrArtex models and also carries various grades of the brand and can fully customise on your needs which is very helpful for me because I need a library rather than a disco in my car. Also the USP is CCS will come out reports to show the improvements especially for car geeks which I believe most places do not do it. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at Car Comfort Shop. The team is professional and the results are real—my car cabin is significantly quieter and feels much more premium now. The 'hollow' sound of the doors is gone, and road noise is way down. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their driving comfort!
