I had a splendid stay here! Comfy rooms with great atmosphere. Stayed here with my 2 year old, honestly I really appreciate the kitchenette. Easy to wash bottles and clean my baby’s stuff. Room spacious, shower was awesome too! Mind you, I’ve stayed in few other high end hotels in JB and this was the best so far!

The studio deluxe king room is spacious. The hotel is bright, clean & has a zen ambience. A bit on the pricey side. They have a big gym, a not so big pool which no one uses! Location wise, can't walk fr custom due to road works & uneven road. Best take Grab. Photos are taken in the room, this is their sea view.

I had an amazing stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was modern, clean and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help, and a special shout-out to Manager Suhaimi and Nora, who was of great help and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The location is great too, just a short walk to JB Sentral and perfect for a weekend getaway. The facilities were impressive, especially the pool and gym, and I really appreciated the little details that made the stay feel premium. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place I’ll return to. Highly recommended!

We stayed here over the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay although it was short. Everything from the check in to chrck out was easy/simple & hassel free. We didnt use much of the facilities though. We had the opportunity to have breakfast the following day before our checkout. The breakfast spread is pretty basic but still caters to your needs and expectation. We were well greeted at the front and all service staff was very nice & warm. We noticed the manager walk by out table a few times before approaching to check on "not only" on the breakfast but on our overall stay. Offered to assist my pregnant wife with breakfast even goin as far to gettin the food for her as well. He also suggested some place for us to check out before heading back to Sg. While leaving he still was around to bid us farewell and check on our breakfast ... again. We did manage to get his name then, Mr. Tharma. Well done to you and your team. We will be back for sure. Great stay n we left so satisfied. Thank you!!

Hotel was clean and my stay there was pleasant. Had a room on the 13th floor with a king sized bed that was comfortable. Friendly service staff. However, they seem understaffed especially when it’s crowded. Housekeeping takes a long time to get back to you. The hotel should seriously consider hiring more staff. Location wise, it isn’t convenient as there’s no eatery or shops within walking distance so you will need to Grab to most places. Really loved the air conditioning though. Was nice and cold unlike some other older hotels.
