When I shop around JB City Square mall, this will be my few choices to dine roast meats. A simple rice meal set consists of roasted pork (skin is crispy), soy chicken and Chinese sausage with half salted egg. The portion is large and their special sambal chilli is a Must try. Special drink this week is Luo Han/Longgan/sparkling soda drink has a refreshing mix. What i want to compliment to a thin short hair lady staff with glasses (believe to be assistant manager). She does provide very good service to all customers as my observation. My table was missing toothpicks/sauce plate with green chili after the staff has cleaned before my dining. She notices the missing items and brings to me, not only this my next table has an elderly couple and she bring a scissor to cut the food to smaller chunks.👍

Had a lovely lunch at Canton-i JB City Square, thanks to Angeline. She hosted us so well, guided us through the menu patiently, and was extremely helpful throughout. Absolutely loved her energy warm, attentive, and genuine. The food was fantastic, especially the roast duck which was bombz, and we really loved their homemade soy bean drink. Thank you, Angeline, for being such a great host. We will definitely be back again!

The food here is average. There are better canto style restaurant out there. The wanton is big and juicy with lots of noodle but the soup is really bland. The dim sum is not outstanding and one of the dim sum has a long strand of hair in it. We asked for replacement. The porridge is better with a lot of meat inside. The red bean soup failed because it’s diluted. It should be thick and sticky. The roast pork is average. The char siew although taste good but on the burnt side.

We had their char siew dry noodles and beef soup noodles, together with a plate of fish slices. The food generally tastes good but the fish slices were not to my liking as it’s too soft with no body. Service was great as we got our food within 10 minutes. The place was packed and the seating a bit cramped. The prices were a bit steep but to be expected at this location.

The food serve fast and good. Waitress Angeline service is fantastic. Very attentive and when she saw my little one struggle with her bag, quickly get the bag holder to let her keep her bag. She even recommended SilkyBPudding Os syrup which is really delicious. Highly recommended restaurants.
