This pharmacy provided a sufficient experience, but it was far from ideal. The surroundings in the NSK Pandan area are distinctly local and feel a little less organized than other large JB malls. The security measure—requiring customers to ring a doorbell to gain entry from the carpark—was particularly unsettling. While necessary safety measures are understandable, this setup made the shopping experience feel awkward and non-ideal for an outsider like myself.
