  • Forgot to take photos of the amazing Night Bazaar which has plenty rows of booth that sells from trinkets, to clothes, shoes & inflatable castle for my kids to play. Buskers playing in the background. Most of the items here are lower than market price. Clean toilets & also have Surau for Muslims to pray. All in all, had a good time with my family

  • the Johor Bahru Heritage Run 2025 held here, was a very well-organized and engaging event. Organized by third year UTM students in collaboration with MBJB, KPJ also other companies, it brought together a vibrant mix of participants and cultural elements in the heart of the city. The 5 km run started early at B5 Johor Street Market, setting a lively tone for the morning. The heritage-themed merchandise, including the finisher shirt and medal, added a nice touch that emphasized the event’s cultural focus. The inclusion of a lucky draw also helped keep the energy high post-run. Although it was quite crowded at the starting point, everything from registration to the actual run was handled smoothly. Kudos to the student organizers and all involved for pulling off a meaningful and interesting event. A great showcase of local spirit and heritage.
