Collar length wash and blow RM100. Ridiuclous rip off. On the pricelist stated wash and blow from rm65. Male hair rm65, female short hair add rm35? Total rip off. Even more expensive than TEAM salon using aveda product in Singapore. Initially wanted to go do hair and scalp treatment tomorrow but this is a total turn off, definitely won’t return again. Other aveda shops in jb have more transparent and honest Come jb wash hair at sgd 31? I might as well wash in sg. Their woman short hair cut is rm118. Hair wash is rm100 for short hair. So hair cut is really cheap at rm18. Dishonest business won’t get return customers.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Aveda Johor. I requested full baby highlights + slight shadow at the root (a $400 service), but the result was over-bleached (turned overly warm) front, patchy, and brassy. Even after a redo, directly after the initial treatments, the highlights were uneven and stained after the first wash. When I raised the issue, the salon refused accountability, made me spend another RM 150 on taxis +2h travel time just to hear ‘this is how we do it,’ and refunded only a fraction (USD $60) of the total. Staff even implied I was trying to save money, which was insulting. This salon clearly lacks the skill and know-how to handle blonde services. I would not recommend it, especially if you expect Aveda’s global standards. I was helped by Fan Lee and Joon.

Really bad experience. After I had told salon that I had done keratin treatment when making appointment n later to the stylist, I was strongly recommended to do soft rebonding 'as it lasts longer'. This was although most professional stylists will tell u not 2 rebond after keratin. End result - damaged hair that was frizzy after 1st wash. At 1st they offered to do treatment s a goodwill gesture but later rescinded after they found out I had coloured my hair 2 weeks after soft rebonding. But stylist never advised me on hair care or not to colour. She clearly just wanted to earn almost RM1000 n hence recommended soft rebonding! Stylist was Maevis. I hv tried Luxe n Style by Andy Chan, both at mid valley and they are much better. They actually listen n give good advice on after care. They r definitely more professional.

Visited here for a cut and hair treatment, served by Fiona. Fiona was not pushy and offered for a range of prices for the packages that met my budget and needs. She was skilled in her cutting and styling of my hair. She was also generous in providing tips on how to better care for my hair. The hairwash (done by another staff) was also good as she massaged and scrubbed my scalp. Although a little pricey, I think the good services make up for the price!

I visited the salon today and was attended by Fiona. She did a great job explaining my hair style and described to me how I can improve the quality of my hair. Not to say the hair cut and hair treatment was done really well as well. Thank you so much, will come back to do my hair again!
