Chanced upon this hotel on a booking site and saw glowing reviews so we decided to try. Wonderful stay! The room was just beside the lobby (super convenient and so lucky for us) and it was just the right size for our family. The room was clean, had all the essentials like hair dryer, the bathroom was also well maintained and the soaps provided smelled nice. Bed was comfy and we had a great rest. There are a few restaurants beside the hotel so breakfast was so convenient too. Have to also commend the hotel for having youtube and netflix as it was enjoyed by my kids a lot! We loved the stay and would definitely recommend. Parking is great as it's just outside the hotel! :D

Recently came to stay at Atelier for a short weekend trip to JB, and am very pleased. For a (seemingly) “small” room such as this one, you wouldn’t think a tub would fit — think again! I came here with my partner, and we checked in a little after 2PM, room felt fresh, bed was super comfy and spacious, I particularly enjoyed the feel of the tub! I believe we spent at least 3 hours in there yapping >

Location: great for spa and nightlife. It's close to the main road towards Mt Austin for supper or Taman Sentosa street food (walking distance if you're up for it) Comfort: room is comfy for 2 people with decent amount of shopping. Comes equipped with basic necessities and may request for additional item in front desk should you need more. Price: I got a good deal on Agoda and will consider this hotel again in the future. Drinkable Water: water dispenser and kettles are provided. The dispenser is a great way to top up before heading out. Thumps up for going green - they have 2 thermo flasks for you to keep water should you need during your stay. The only con about this location is due it's proximity to a lot of honey spots for tourist, your next door guests may return to their room past midnight. The walls are not thick so you can hear their shouts, door movement and water flow. Light sleepers like myself struggle to have a good sleep. Edit: Anita is really professional and friendly. With recommendations on walking routes for dinner, to suggestions for breakfast. She knows it well. I prefer walking to Grab, so she made my solo travel experience great.

I would say the room is clean and spacious, not expensive as well. Only comment is that I prefer to have winder beside the bed, and my room doesn’t have this layout. Other than that, I think it is ok for the price. Oh they don’t have slipper in the room as well, maybe can try asking the front desk person. Do prepare RM50 for the deposit as well.

Clean room but floor sticky cos no slippers. Bad soundproofing, I can hear my next door neighbor bathing and upstairs shifting furniture at 1am. Aircon is too hot or too cold. Can't sleep on both nights due to loud noises. Booked the other Atelier hotel n was told we were upgraded to this hotel UPON check in. So hv to lug our bags n grab over to this hotel
