Currently doing a scar treatment program here and my experience has been very good. Dr Andy is professional, patient, and explains everything clearly, which makes me feel reassured and comfortable. Consultant Joanne is attentive, always explaining the treatment plan well and following up properly. Xiauwei is warm and friendly, making my visit pleasant! Overall, the team is professional and supportive. I would recommend Aglow Clinic Pelangi to others.

Had a great experience at Aglow Pelangi. Dr Andy Lim is professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the treatment — plus he has a very calm and pleasant presence. Everything was explained clearly before procedure and I felt well taken care of. Yuki was extremely gentle and considerate, always checking in and making sure I was comfortable. Mable is very knowledgeable and patient, and her explanations made me feel confident in the treatment plan. Very attentive throughout the session. Overall, the team is attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend Aglow Pelangi if you’re looking for a place you can trust.

I recently had my facial treatment at Aglow Clinic, and it was such a pleasant experience! My session was conducted by Dr. Hermes with assistance from Daphne, while Mabel, guided me through the consultation and explained the packages clearly. Dr. Hermes was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Daphne was gentle and attentive during the whole session — I truly felt relaxed and cared for. Mabel was also super friendly, informative, and helped me understand what treatment suited my skin best without feeling pressured. Booked a scar treatment program after I saw an advertisement on instagram. When I first came to the clinic, I immediately put my trust on this clinic, because of their brief explanation, convinced testimonies and they offered various of treatments available depending on my skin analysis result. Ive done some research and it tally with all the information given. No hard sell, only suggestions from Dr & therapist if your skin condition needs it. And the service is top notch. With certified Dr Hermes, you don’t have to worry, he is highly knowledgeable and professional, so calm, friendly and kind enough to make sure you endure the pain during treatment. Cant thank you enough to consultant Joanne, so caring and lovely, compassionate and attentive to me with her great smile to ensure I am comfortable enough throughout process. Also to therapist Daphne, love how gentle and skilful she is during treatment, makes the pain durable and bearable. All of them are friendly and truly amazing. Highly recommend!

First time doing treatment at Aglow Clinic with Dr Hermes, assisted by Miss Yumi and Ms Chloe. All the staff are very kind, friendly, and professional. The environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing.Highly recommended 👍Even though the facial extraction part was a bit painful (6/10), the staff handled it very carefully and gently. Overall, a very good experience. Will definitely come again ✨
