Went to 66 Car Accessories to check out some items and get advice on fixing my headlamp water issue. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician who attended to us seemed completely uninterested and wasn’t helpful at all. It wasn’t even a busy day, so there was really no reason for the lack of basic customer service. This is honestly the first time I’ve encountered such poor attitude at an autoshop, I’ve been to many others with much friendlier and more welcoming staff. At this point, I don’t see myself returning, and I’d advise others to consider going elsewhere for better service.

Went there yesterday to fix front, rear and reverse camera. My Audi has an MMI display and it's expensive to integrate the cameras in it. Steve gave me a cheaper alternative that is to installed all three cameras with the display on the rearview mirror. I accepted because it's a so much cheaper alternative than to send to Audi agent. His worker is so meticulous and careful when installing. Overall, I am very satisfied with their workmanship and especially the savings I get. Thank you Steve and men.👍👍👍🎂

Very good service. Price very good and friendly. Did extra wiring tidying up for me for free. When removed my headlamp even wrap a towel around it to prevent damage. Only thing to improve missed out to plug back the wiring hose.
